Lemmy Kilmister has recently announced on his Official Facebook Page that due to his current health state he’s in no shape to tour to his fullest so he rather postpone it until 2014 than to give a mediocre gig. Here’s a little excerpt of the whole thing:
I have to sadly let you know that Motörhead has had to postpone the forthcoming European tour until early next year, 2014.
We have made the decision because I am not quite ready to hit the road yet, and am working my way back to full fitness and rude health. Don’t worry – I’m not about to start promoting veganism and alcohol-free beverages, but it is fair to say that I personally have been reconfiguring areas of my life to make sure I can come back fitter and stronger than ever.
The full thing can be found Here.
The 19-date tour was to take place all over Europe and start November 7th.
Sad thing to hear (read), truly, not only for the postponed tour dates but because of all the health problems and complications that Lemmy suffered not too long ago. I just hope he fully recovers and comes back stronger than fucking ever, as I’m sure he will, after all, it’s Lemmy we’re talking about, amiright?.
