Children of Bodom releases new single from their new album Halo of Blood.

Just like the title says… And that’s it. There’s nothing much to say or to add to it, that’s it.
Transference is the chosen track. It is the first Single from their upcoming album Halo of Blood (Out June 7 in the EU, June 10 in the UK and June 11 in NA). It reached #1 already on METAL LAND (aka Finland) a video for it has already been shooted, will be released later on. Frontman/Guitarist/drunkard yet good guy Alexi said:

Transference is a straight up CHILDREN OF BODOM to the core type song and therefore was a good pick for a video and obviously is one of our favorite tracks. It always had an evil vibe to it which I wish I knew how to explain because it still gives me chills… Enjoy!

You can watch the lyric video for Transference here:

I’m an open CoB lover but after hearing the song, though I like some of their newer material, I think they’re in a Downfall (get it?). This doesn’t sounds like a “straight up CHILDREN OF BODOM to the core” song to me, it is good nonetheless.

The thing I’m more stoned stoked about this album is the guest appearance of Jeff Waters. (the dude from Annihilator for those unclean trolls that do not know).

You can buy Transference and pre-order Halo of Blood on iTunes.
